The
popular Platinum 3-2-1 Program is designed for the
person who wants to be pushed to the limit. As with
all FITNESS PROS Programs, nutrition coupled with
exercise is the first consideration. However, with
this program you'll take full advantage of your super-charged
fuel system.
You'll meet with your Personal Trainer 3 times per
week for the first month. During the second month,
you'll work with your trainer twice a week and complete
the final month with your Personal Trainer once each
week. Thus, 3-2-1. All of our platinum 3-2-1 clients
achieve or surpass their original fitness goals.
The FITNESS PROS Platinum 3-2-1 Program includes:
- 1 Fitness evaluation
- 3 One-on-one counseling sessions
- 24 Personal Training sessions (3-2-1 sessions per
week for 3 months)
- 6 Body-fat evaluations
- 1 Nutritional Guidance Reference Manual
- 1 FITNESS PROS Weight Management Daily Nutrition/Exercise
